在这个时节该如何调(diào )理养生?宋曙(shǔ )霞认为,在饮食(shí )上(shàng )可(kě )多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳(fāng )气(qì )味的蔬(shū )菜,如(rú )韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜(cài )、香(xiāng )椿等,以疏肝柔肝。另(lìng )外,俗语称“春日吃(chī )春芽”,也就(jiù )是说(shuō )这个(gè )季(jì )节(jiē )可(kě )吃鲜绿的嫩芽(yá ),比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆(dòu )苗、莴苣等,禁食或(huò )少(shǎo )食辛(xīn )辣刺(cì )激(jī )食物(wù ),以免(miǎn )肝火上(shàng )炎(yán )。
