在这个时节该如何(hé )调(diào )理养生?宋(sòng )曙(shǔ )霞认为,在(zài )饮(yǐn )食(shí )上(shàng )可多吃有(yǒu )芬芳气味(wèi )的蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如(rú )韭菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜、香椿等(děng ),以疏肝(gān )柔(róu )肝。另外,俗语(yǔ )称“春日吃(chī )春芽”,也(yě )就是(shì )说(shuō )这个(gè )季(jì )节可吃鲜绿(lǜ )的(de )嫩芽,比如(rú )豆(dòu )芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食或少(shǎo )食(shí )辛辣刺激食物(wù ),以免(miǎn )肝火上炎。
